Design & deposit
Once we've finalized the design with you, a 50% deposit secures your commission. Revisions welcome until it's exactly right.

Crafted, confirmed & delivered
Your piece is handcrafted in 4–5 weeks. Before final dispatch, we send you detailed photos and video to confirm. The balance is paid only when you're happy — then your piece is on its way.
