Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, we will make it right.

Return Conditions

14-Day Window

Eligible in-collection pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Unworn Condition

Pieces must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.

Certificate Required

Any diamond certificate provided must be returned with the piece.

Original Payment Refund

Eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method.

Resize Support

One complimentary resize may be available within 6 months on eligible rings, where the design allows.

Bespoke Exclusion

Custom, bespoke, resized, engraved, altered, specially ordered pieces, loose diamonds, and earrings are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty.

How to Return

Email contact@lunediamond.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using an insured, trackable service. Returns sent without prior approval or tracking may not be accepted. If your item is confirmed to be faulty, not as described, or damaged in transit, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs in line with Australian Consumer Law. Once we receive and assess the item, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Bespoke commissions, custom-made pieces, resized rings, engraved pieces, altered pieces, specially ordered pieces, loose diamonds, and earrings cannot be returned for change of mind unless there is a fault or another remedy is required under Australian Consumer Law.
