Shipping & Delivery

Every Lune Diamond piece is made to order. In-collection designs usually take 3-4 weeks to produce. Bespoke or custom commissions usually take 4-5 weeks, depending on the design, stone selection, and workshop schedule. Estimated delivery time includes both production time and shipping time.

Once your piece is ready and has passed quality checks, it will be shipped Australia-wide via insured tracked delivery. Shipping within Australia is complimentary for all orders.

You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking may be provided by Lune Diamond or a trusted courier or logistics partner.

Each piece is packaged carefully for safe delivery. Packaging may vary slightly as we continue refining our presentation, but every order will be prepared with care.

We ship internationally to selected countries for a flat AUD $60. International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and courier conditions.
